Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the manufacture of products and production process comply to production plan, all subordinate in production process to be effective in KPI and business goals.
  • To manage follow up production plan of each area include solve problem on the night shift.
  • Supervise and technical adviser to production line operation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate production planning for follow process as planned and other departments.
  • Able to management of Safety, productivity, quality and manpower in Production on the night shift.
  • Make sure the process is correct according to the quality plan.
  • Keep discipline on the night shift.
  • Prevent accident.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering or higher in related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in Manufacturing.
  • Have 5 years in management role as Supervisor, Assistant, and Manager level.
  • Strong in people management and production management.
  • Able to speak English will be advantage, not much prefer.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
  • Able to solve immediate problems.
  • Must be able to work at night shift.
