What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and controls to maintain reliable plant operations
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and instrumentation in accordance with codes and standards
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to execute work safely and accurately
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated capability in industrial electrical maintenance, working with equipment ranging from 12V DC to 4160V AC; experience with automation, controls, and HMI is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset and adherence to lockout/tagout and electrical safety practices
Ability to read and apply electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Effective communication and teamwork skills with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Starting pay ranging from $22.95 - $33.88 per hour DOE
