Job Description

The Facility Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of production crew(s) during nightshift at our Aragonite, UT facility. This is a physically demanding job requiring industrial labor under potentially adverse/challenging conditions (i.e. extreme cold). We offer a shuttle service to assist employees commuting from the surrounding area (Tooele/Grantsville/West Valley) to our facility's location off of Exit 49 on I-80. We are searching for a reliable and safety-oriented Supervisor to join our team!

  • Perform shredding operations, shredding nonflammable paint into roll off bins
  • Supervise and develop multiple Facility Technicians
  • Ensure proper routing and management according to specified efficiencies
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to continue to develop and enhance the facility's throughput and operations
  • Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and Environmental Compliance Permits
  • Develop daily production goals and ensure execution
  • Ensure SOP's are followed
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Facility Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar Supervisory role is preferred
  • Waste handling and transportation experience is preferred
  • Forklift, roll off, and track hoe experience is a plus
  • Computer knowledge and usage is required
  • Excellent leadership skills a must
