Security Officer – Full-Time

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officer/s to join our team at Doncaster, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time

Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2

Roster: Night Shift

Roster 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday- 1800-0600

Roster 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 1800-0600

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the night shift team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee asset protection and maintain a safe, secure work environment.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are followed.
• Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide coaching and support to team members.
• Handle customer and team member concerns professionally and effectively.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and organisation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
• Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
• Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual work history
• Full Australian working rights
