What you will do:
The night receptor is responsible for answering the main PBX. Paging physicians and other authorized personnel and maintaining watch of all hospital alarms. Responsible for greeting and receipting all ED patients who enter via the lobby. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Provides excellent customer services to patients, customers and visitors.
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
Computer keyboarding, medical terminology
Preferred Skills:
Meditech, Microsoft Office
Required Experience:
At least 6 months of previous customer service experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Preferred Experience:
1 year multiline switchboard
