Job Title: Night Porter
Location: ROKI Collection, Queenstown
ROKI Collection is seeking a reliable and proactive Night Porter to support our team overnight. This role is key to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and seamless operation of the property, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of guest areas and back-of-house spaces overnight.
Restack and maintain fires in designated areas for guest comfort and safety.
Support F&B night service, including setting up and clearing areas as required.
Monitor property security, conduct regular checks, and report any irregularities.
Assist with any ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to any guest requests during the night.
Requirements:
Previous hospitality or hotel experience preferred, but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
Ability to work independently and reliably overnight.
Good communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
