While Lebanon sleeps, someone has to make the magic happen. The morning crew walks in to fully stocked Grab & Go coolers, spotless floors, and gleaming stainless steel, and it's all thanks to you. If you're the kind of person who finds a freshly mopped floor deeply satisfying, loves a good playlist and a quiet kitchen, and takes pride in work that speaks for itself, we'd love to meet you.

The Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Fridays and Saturdays off, every week. No morning rush, no lunch chaos, just you, the kitchen, and a clear game plan.

What You'll Be Doing

Building tomorrow's Grab & Go lineup. You'll assemble parfaits, overnight oats, fresh fruit cups, and our snack boxes (Hummus, Avo Ranch, Tuna and more). You'll hit daily par levels without overdoing it, label and date everything, and keep coolers rotated FIFO so every item is fresh.

Resetting the café for a fresh start. You'll clean and restock coffee and beverage stations, sanitize the soup line, slicers, and prep areas, and handle trash and recycling across the building.

Going deep (literally). You'll pull out the line equipment, ovens, and coolers to scrub the spots no one else reaches. You'll also deep clean display cases, walk-in coolers, baker's racks, vents, and storage rooms on a rotating basis. You're the reason this place shines.

Requirements

? You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have experience in a commercial kitchen, prep/line cook role, or custodial/sanitation work (2+ years of restaurant experience is a big plus)
• Know your way around food safety, FIFO, and using cleaning chemicals properly
• Are self-motivated and detail-oriented, and you work well on your own
• Can stay on your feet for an 8-hour shift, move heavy equipment, bend and reach, and lift up to 50 lb
