Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for 2 x Night Manager for Crisis Service- Safe Haven.
The Night Manager is responsible for leading the out-of-hours operation of Buckinghamshire Safe Haven across both sites (High Wycombe and Aylesbury) and plays a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, trauma-informed crisis support; robust staffing and team work, effective multi-agency collaboration and continuous improvement against agreed outcomes and KPIs. The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership and ensure Safe Haven provides a high quality of service to those who access support.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Safe Haven offers a welcoming, safe, and non-stigmatising out-of-hours alternative to A&E, or secondary mental health care. It offers a safe place for emotional support, resilience building and person-centered support. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have Significant experience managing services for vulnerable adults in a mental‑health or closely related setting, with proven line management of multi‑disciplinary or support teams.

Travel expenses will only be paid for journeys that fall outside of the regular commute to and from the work location(s). If the role is home-based, all travel will be paid for on expenses.
