ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Welcome Office Manager (Front Office), the Night Manager at W Edinburgh has overall responsibility for all property operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during this time.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Night Manager, key aspects of your role will include:

• Represent property management overnight in resolving any guest or property related situations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all guidelines to operations.
• Ensure employees and guests are in a safe environment overnight.
• Review financial, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity of the day, collate and distribute as required.
• Ensure all staff are adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Promote all Health and Safety protocols and ensure compliance daily, including ensuring all employees have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and staff Our ideal Night Manager is someone who has:
