ポジション概要

夜間のホテルにて、ゲストの安心と上質なサービスを守るキーポジション。ホテルの “顔 ”として、チームをリードしながらスムーズなオペレーションを実現していただきます。

主な業務

• 夜間のホテル全体運営・サービス品質の管理
• ゲスト対応（問い合わせ・クレーム・緊急時対応）
• 各部門との連携・スムーズな引継ぎ
• ナイトチームの指導・サポート
• 夜間レポート・会計確認

応募要件

• フロントまたはゲストサービスでのリーダー経験（ 2年以上）
• 日本語・英語での対応力
• 判断力・問題解決力・リーダーシップ
• Opera等 PMS経験歓迎

Position: Night Manager　(Front Desk)

About the Role

Lead the hotel through the night—ensuring smooth operations, guest safety, and exceptional service. You’ll be the key decision-maker after hours, guiding the team and representing the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all night operations and guest experience
• Handle guest requests, issues, and emergencies
• Coordinate with departments for seamless service
• Lead and support the night team
• Manage nightly reports and financial checks

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years leadership experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Opera PMS experience is a plus
