Join our Front Office team in a pivotal leadership role as our Night Manager where you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's overnight operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences around the clock. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Night Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift. You'll supervise our Night Auditor, act as the senior leader on duty overnight, and work within a friendly, supportive and collaborative Front Office team that is passionate about guest service.
This is a full-time position working overnight shifts, generally from 11:00pm to 7:00am, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Salary: $79,521 per annum, in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
