Night Lead, Studio

Our Agency

BGB Group is a healthcare communications agency that offers a wide range of services, including
traditional pharmaceutical advertising, promotional medical education, payer marketing, and consulting
services. Known for excellence and professionalism, we’re hired as strategic and creative partners by our biopharmaceutical clients to drive category/brand awareness and growth.

Please note that the working hours for this position are from 1:00pm — 9:30pm EST.

The Studio Night Lead provides a dual role, supporting the Studio Manager and the overall department from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST while identifying, prioritizing, and contributing to the execution of the after-hours workload from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST and later as needed. The Night Lead is responsible for the ongoing performance, productivity, and continuity of the department during the night shift while maintaining the consistent execution of high-quality print and digital deliverables across brands. The Night Lead is inherently a team player with a solutions-oriented mindset to ensure seamless management and communication across teams.

The Night Lead partners closely with Creative, Print Production, Account, and Project Management teams to support the execution of print and digital materials. This role contributes directly to production work while also guiding the Studio team to ensure files are built accurately, brand standards are maintained, and projects move efficiently through the production process. A solutions-oriented mindset and clear communication are essential to maintaining momentum during high-volume evening production periods.

Acting as both a department lead and hands-on Creative Production Artist, the Night Lead bridges creative intent and production execution by ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and flawless delivery across all assets. The role ensures work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory and brand requirements while reinforcing collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality deliverables within a fast-paced, regulated pharmaceutical and medical education environment.

  • Support multiple therapeutic brands and audience segments such as HCP, patient, caregiver, and payer.
