Dawn Meats have opportunities for a Lairage Assistant to join our team in Kildare. The lairage position will require you to be responsible for the receiving and storage of animals in accordance with animal welfare guidelines and legislation. The successful candidate will be part of the Lairage Team helping meet production targets whilst maintaining total traceability and legislative compliance.
