Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We have a great opportunity as a Night GSA for an enthusiastic team player to support our front office team at our luxury hotel Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth operation of the Front Office department and all outlets within the hotel during the night shift.

Naumi Auckland is designed as a city escape, with spaces crafted and presented to elevate mood & soul. Located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports, it offers 193 spacious designer nests (rooms) with patios, an outdoor swimming pool, gym, Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).

Bring with you …

• 2yrs of strong customer service experience in retail or hospitality industry
• Team work and Good communication skills
• MS office and PMS (Opera) proficiency
• Keen eye for detail
• A sense of what you do well, makes a big difference
• Flexibility to work on weekends & night shifts (11pm to 7am)

Some of what you will be doing …

• Service of late guest arrivals and early departures
• Revenue control of all sales and services given
• To ensure all accommodation rates are processed correctly by checking the necessary reports and that the best possible revenues are obtained
• Attend to major operational problems and needs promptly including customer complaints, enquiries and requests
• To ensure that all accommodation, food and beverage charges and other guest services are charged according to Hotel and company policies and procedures
