Our Team is looking for a Part-Time Floor Technician

Key Tasks:

• Floor Care Work: Carpet,Cleaning, Tile floor care (auto scrub, strip/wax, buffing, etc)
• Fill-In Cleaning
• Project Work - Exterior window cleaning, Construction clean-ups, Tenant move-out cleaning, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in daily with supervisor to confirm (s) and vehicles
• Complete work as assigned (example - 1 -person job versus 2-person job)
• Take before and after pictures on the Orange QC Job Report
• Communicate any problems as they occur with supervisor (floor issues, access issues, equipment issues)
• Communicate with the supervisors and managers for building access, as needed
• Use of company vehicles bases on equipment needs
• Sign-out and -in vehicles each time and report any issues with the vehicles to your supervisor, when noticed.
• Sign-out and -in keys to the key box or return to supervisors
• Tag broken equipment with detail regarding the problem
• Correction of customer complaints, as directed by supervisor (Orange QC)
• Assist with fill-in cleaning

Compensation:

• Pay - $ 15.00/Hour
• Hours - 14H for week
• 2 hours, Monday to Sunday
