Working Hours
Offshore – 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week

Abu Dhabi – 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)

Salary Range
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month + Offshore allowance

Offshore Allowance
AED 40 per day (applicable only for days worked offshore)

Food & Accommodation
Provided as per company policy

Probation Period
6 months

Other conditions
All other conditions will be as per UAE / Abu Dhabi labour law.

Qualification (minimum)
Bachelor of Science or Engineering (Petroleum Engineering or equivalent).

Possess more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE oil and gas industry.

Hold valid certifications required for drilling operations

Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience (minimum)
10 + years of experience in the Exploration & Production (E&P) industry, specializing as a Drilling Engineer and Supervisor.

Over 5 years of proven experience as Night Drilling Supervisor on offshore jack-up rigs.

Job Description
* Serve as the company's official representative at the wellsite during night operations, ensuring adherence to drilling programs and safety standards.

* Work in close coordination with the Night Drilling Supervisor to maintain operational continuity and achieve safe, efficient drilling activities.

* Provide timely and accurate operational reports to the Night Drilling Supervisor, ensuring seamless communication and continuity between shifts.

* Maintain accurate documentation of drilling activities, equipment usage, and any incidents for reporting and analysis.

* Respond promptly to operational challenges or emergencies, implementing safe and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

* Ensure proper handover to the Night Drilling Supervisor by providing detailed reports and updates on night operations.

* Responsible for designing operational procedures and coordinating with service contractors to ensure efficient logistics management.

* Coordinates activities with other Units within the Department as well as other related sections.

* Communicate and report effectively with the Head of Drilling regarding operational status, challenges, and updates.

Competencies/Skills
* Ability to effectively supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations, including ESP replacement.

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during all phases of wellsite activities.

* Maintain valid job-related certifications required for drilling, completion, and workover operations.

* Strong knowledge and experience in the rig operation and the application of new drilling technology.
