Dispatcher – Head Office

Location: 8470 Keele Street, Concord ON
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:00pm to 5:30am
Expected Salary: $55,000k to 65,000k

The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

CMI is looking for a Dispatcher to join our Transportation & Fleet Team. In this role, the successful candidate will manage customer expectations ensuring the pickup and delivery of bins meet all customer and company standards

Key Responsibilities
• Responding to customer queries
• Monitor customer cameras and schedule pick-ups accordingly
• Schedule routes as per customer requirements
• Follow, monitor and update all driver runs
• Address and resolve any concerns that arise
• Review all driver paperwork, ensure it is complete and accurate
Qualifications
• A post secondary education in operations/logistics is an asset
• 2- 3 years minimum experience as a transportation dispatcher
• Knowledge of GTA and Southern Ontario
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
