
Night Care Support Worker

£13.53 per hour plus holiday pay
Full-time night shifts | Fixed rota shared in advance
A steady presence through the night
Not everyone sees what happens overnight, but it matters. This role is about creating a safe, calm environment where people can rest, knowing someone is there if they need support.
You will be working in a residential setting supporting adults with mental health needs. It is a home first and foremost. Your role is to help maintain that sense of safety and reassurance through the quieter hours.
What your night will involve
You will be part of a small, trusted night team responsible for keeping everything settled and secure.
• Being a calm and reassuring presence for residents
• Supporting anyone who may wake and need assistance or reassurance
• Carrying out regular checks to ensure wellbeing and safety
• Keeping the environment clean, safe, and comfortable
• Completing clear and accurate records for handover to the day team
