As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping them feel safe, reassured, and cared for throughout the night.

What you will do

Provide personalised overnight care and support based on each individual’s needs

Monitor wellbeing and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns

Work closely with the night team to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment

Complete clear and accurate records to ensure smooth handovers to the day team
