Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hoursPrinting reports for management relating to following day’s businessChecking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correctProviding simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requestedRegularly checking the house with regard to safety and security issues – lights, fires, obstructions etc.Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 8:00pm and 7:00am
High school diploma requiredPrior night audit and guest experience preferredCompetency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functionsMust be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s licenseStrong verbal and written communication skills are necessaryPhysical requirements include walking, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds Work hours will frequently include weekends and holidays
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus gratuity service charges. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's education and work location.
