We’re looking for a reliable and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This is a key overnight role ensuring everything runs smoothly while the hotel sleeps – from guest check-ins to financial accuracy and property safety.
As Night Auditor, you’ll be the main point of contact overnight, delivering excellent guest service while also managing essential behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the operation running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
• Welcome late arrivals and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Respond to guest needs, calls, and special requests in a professional manner
• Complete nightly audit procedures, including balancing transactions and preparing reports
• Ensure accurate financial reconciliation within the Property Management System
• Support guest safety and property security throughout the night
• Provide helpful local information and maintain a calm, welcoming presence
• Carry out system updates and basic administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
• A friendly, self-motivated team player with a strong guest service mindset
• Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong data entry skills, numerical accuracy, and analytical ability
• Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role
