The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of luxury hospitality and modern European-inspired design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, and visitors from around the world.

As a Night Auditor, You'll:

• Serve as the overnight ambassador for both hotels, providing exceptional guest service during evening and early morning hours.
• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with overnight check-ins and check-outs.
• Complete the nightly audit process, verifying and reconciling all daily financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of guest folios, room charges, payments, and revenue reporting.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports for hotel leadership.
• Monitor room inventory, guest requests, and overnight hotel activity to ensure operational continuity.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain property security awareness and assist with emergency procedures when necessary.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and leadership teams to support next-day readiness.
• Uphold Marriott brand standards and represent both TETRA Hotel and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park with pride and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Front Desk, Night Audit, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process financial information.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and self-directed during overnight shifts.
• Comfortable working independently while providing exceptional guest service.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel property management systems.
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems preferred.
• Flexible availability and ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to service excellence.
