Job Overview
The Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk operations during the overnight shift while performing essential accounting and auditing functions. This role ensures the accuracy of financial transactions, balances daily revenue, and supports guest service needs during late-night hours.
This position plays a key role in upholding OTH Hotels Resorts’ vision, values, and operational standards by maintaining accuracy, accountability, and a high level of guest service. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a quiet yet responsibility-driven environment.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or Business preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service required.
Travel required: No regular travel required; may assist at nearby properties based on business needs.
Physical requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, use a computer for prolonged durations, and perform overnight shift duties; occasional walking of the property may be required.
Skills and Abilities:
Certifications: None required; experience with hotel systems such as Opera or similar platforms preferred.
