The Night Auditor is responsible for the oversight of front desk operations during the night shift. The scope of responsibility will include, but not be limited to: balancing accounts from the day shift, guest services, reservations, safety and security of guests, cross training and filling in on an as need basis with housekeeping and gift shop/coffee shop. This position will work in cooperation with the Casino Manager on duty.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Run all night shift reports in accordance with end of day business plan.
- Prepare the day for oncoming shift as defined by opening procedures.
- Make reservations, greet and check guests in and out of the hotel as needed.
- Resolve guest conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service during the night shift.
- Promote 7 Cedars Casino, Longhouse Market & Deli, Cedars at Dungeness, and other Resort/Jamestown SKlallam Tribe properties to hotel guests.
- Master Agilysys -Visual One.
- Understand and maintain reputation management.
- Core competencies in current ADA and other regulatory expectations.
- Uphold the 7 Cedars Resorts mission and values.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
- Casino knowledge preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel teams and clients.
- Ability to promote positive relationships with guests, clients, vendors and Resort teams.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software and Microsoft Office and Excel required.
- Must be flexible with hours and days worked, mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays.
