Your Daily Responsibilities

• Handling late check-ins and early check-outs
• Managing the bar, including preparing drinks
• Performing daily closing procedures at the reception and bar
• Preparing accounting reports and daily closing statistics
• Conducting regular security rounds
• Supporting the breakfast service when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Initial work experience in reception or customer service is preferred; career changers are also welcome
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good German and English language skills
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Strong customer service orientation, flexibility, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and enjoyment of working with people
