Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcome guests with a friendly greeting.
- Manage guest bookings per company guidelines, including guest check-in and check-out, answering phones, processing financial transactions, and more.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to effectively address guest requests.
- Take up other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
