Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John is seeking a Night Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB, Canada.

What you’ll do:
  • Night Audit:Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit reports, and preparing daily revenue reports.
  • Guest Services:Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
  • Safety & Security:Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during the night shift.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience:Previous experience in hotel operations or night audit is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail:Ability to accurately perform night audit functions and maintain records.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
