Job Description

NIGHT SHIFT NURSE SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a dependable, confident leader to oversee our night shift nursing team and help ensure residents receive safe, consistent, high-quality care throughout the overnight hours.

This role provides leadership and support to the nursing staff, helps coordinate resident care during the shift, responds to clinical needs as they arise, and ensures documentation and facility standards are met. You’ll work closely with administration to maintain smooth operations and strong communication overnight.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff on night shift
  • Oversee resident care and ensure safety throughout the shift
  • Assist with clinical decision-making and urgent situations
  • Support accurate documentation and policy compliance
  • Help maintain staffing flow and team coordination
  • Promote a calm, organized, team-focused environment

What we’re looking for:

  • LPN or RN license required
  • Leadership experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead confidently during overnight hours
  • Dependable, team-focused, and steady under pressure
  • Ability to guide and support staff in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
