This is a senior technical role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale contact center platforms using NICE CXone and related technologies. You will play a key role in building highly available, scalable, and secure omnichannel customer experience solutions for global enterprise environments. The position requires deep architectural expertise combined with strong hands-on engineering capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into robust platform solutions. The role involves direct interaction with senior leaders from large international organizations, ensuring high-impact delivery in mission-critical environments. It is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability enterprise settings and enjoys solving complex CX challenges at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Architect, configure, and maintain enterprise NICE CXone / NICE Engage / NICE inContact platforms
- Lead end-to-end implementations, migrations, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives
- Design and optimize IVR, ACD routing, omnichannel workflows, and contact center configurations
- Integrate NICE platforms with enterprise systems such as CRM and ticketing tools via APIs and middleware
- Act as a senior technical advisor for Fortune 100 clients and global stakeholders
- Manage platform governance, security configurations, user access, and provisioning controls
- Lead incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for critical platform issues
- Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support analytics, reporting, and WFM/QM module configurations where required
- Participate in release management, Agile/ITIL processes, and change management activities
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and platform administrators
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NICE CXone, NICE inContact, or NICE Engage platforms
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale contact center implementations
- Strong expertise in IVR/ACD design, CXone Studio, and omnichannel contact flows
- Experience integrating contact center platforms with CRM and ticketing systems using APIs
- Solid understanding of telephony systems including SIP, PSTN, and VoIP
- Strong experience working with enterprise clients, including Fortune 100/500 organizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong architectural thinking, documentation, and technical leadership abilities
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms is a plus
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure in contact center contexts is an advantage
- NICE certification, ITIL/Agile experience, and WFM/QM exposure are preferred
