This role will be based across both stores - Coventry & Coventry Arena

As a Opersations and Services assistant here at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a wide variety of tasks. This includes..

• NHS Files
• Answering calls and General queries
• Lab Processing / Ordering
• Checking Stock

The aim is to provide a top‑notch administrative service and general support that builds towards the store’s overall success.

What we’re looking for? 

Some of the skills we’re looking for include: 

• Excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding customer service approach, able to provide support and reassurance to customers via email and on the phone
• Previous admin experience
• Previous Optical experience in an admin setting is preffered
