Associate Inside Sales Representative

Our Associate Inside Sales Representatives (AISRs) are the front line of the portfolio, helping customers navigate a broad range of Dell solutions and services to solve complex challenges and accelerate outcomes. AISRs build deep knowledge across our technical portfolio, work closely with the broader sales organization, and bring practical, consultative guidance to every customer conversation, including how AI can be applied to deliver outcomes at scale. They engage customers in thoughtful dialogue to uncover needs, shape the right solution, and create value.

What you’ll achieve

In the NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA), you will engage in a structured program designed to prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over two to three years, you will join our organization as an AISR where you’ll receive world-class training in both technology and sales. Once proficiency is achieved in the AISR role, the next step is to promote into an Inside Data Center Sales Executive role where you will carry a quota and manage all aspects of a sales campaign. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having two to three jobs in their first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.

You will:

• Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue
• Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team
• Participate in white board and group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations

Essential Requirements

• Completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree prior to start date
• Passionate about a sales career in the technology industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Relationship building and interpersonal skills

• A leader with resilient work ethic who is reliable, confident, collaborative, driven and coachable
• Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning and productivity, paired with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensations practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $66,045 - $85,470 which includes base salary and commission.
