Requirements

• Assist the team with a variety of operational, administrative, and client-facing activities
• Support internal processes through documentation and administrative tasks
• Help prepare reports, statistics, and presentations
• Handle tasks related to invoices and performance confirmation documents
• You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Department, taking on an important support role in driving daily operations, managing priorities, and helping to improve internal processes.

What you will need for successful work

• You are confident in your English and German skills.
• You are curious about the world of IT services.
• You have user-level experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• You work accurately and precisely.
• And most importlanty: You are eager to learn from us.
