Great weekend job opportunity!

We're launching an attractive new work schedule in our mechanical production department for CNC turners & CNC millers (m/f/d) – perfect for anyone looking to organize their working hours efficiently and enjoy more free time during the week.

27 hours per week – from Friday evening to Monday morning:

1. Workday Fri–Sat (8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)

2. Workday Sat–Sun (8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)

3. Workday Sun–Mon (10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)

In addition to the regular salary and statutory bonuses, a voluntary flexibility bonus of €1,250 per month will be paid. These positions are initially limited to 18 months – with an option to extend.

• Setup, preparation, and operation of CNC turning and milling machines
• Production of individual parts and series in the precision sector
• Independent work based on production drawings and specification documents
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes and identification of optimization potential
• Quality control and documentation of measurement results
• Independent troubleshooting of machine and automation system issues

Qualifications

• Completed training as a metal technician (f/m/x) – ideally with a focus on machining technology
• Professional experience with modern CNC turning and/or milling machines
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools
• Skilled craftsmanship and precise working methods
• Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
• Good command of German
• Team spirit and reliability

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.900 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
