Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance DSP software and optimized vector-processing kernels for wireless communications and AI workloads.
• Implement low‑level DSP software with strong focus on performance, accuracy, and real‑time constraints.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while meeting project milestones.
• Collaborate with team members and peer teams across multiple engineering disciplines.

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in DSP software development, vector processing, or performance-critical software.
• Experience in C/C++ development for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with fixed-point arithmetic.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, agility, and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Experience in modem development and digital communication systems - advantage
• Understanding of modern DSP, CPU, SIMD/vector, GPU, or AI accelerator hardware architectures – advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely within a team environment
• Excellent English
• Commitment to meeting project milestones and delivering high-quality results.

Education Requirements

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering – preferred (other Engineering disciplines may be considered).
• High Grade Point Average.
• M.Sc. or advanced degree – advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
