As a Sales Executive, the job involves selling the company's advertising and sponsorship
options. If you have similar sales experience in online news portals and a tertiary-level
education, particularly in business studies, communications, or events management,
this position offers excellent opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the client's advertising and sponsorship options to potential
clients.
Identify and engage with potential advertisers and sponsors, building and
maintaining strong relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales
opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, promptly resolving their needs and
issues.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge in digital or online services, preferably in news or publishing
media.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent Command of the English language and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Canva, WordPress, and Adobe
Suite is a plus.
