You’ll be joining us at our Gold Street practice in central Kettering.

With surgery available Mondays to Fridays (09:00 - 17:00)

• Use of digital scanner and CBCT

• Hygienist and Therapist members of the dental team to maximise care and efficiency

• Treatment co-ordinator to support private patient conversion

• Practice Manager to support the smooth running of the practice

• Through our Academy you can access training and development opportunities, both online and hands-on courses, with core CPD via Agilio

• Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you, by year two on average our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50 / 50 split between NHS and private

• 50% revenue split on all private work

• You can choose to have an in practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months

• With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long term sick pay and NHS maternity / paternity / adoption pay

• Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements

• Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location for support to develop your career and grow your revenue

• Through our Academy you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face to face induction

• In your first year you can choose to be supported in setting a development plan tailored to meet your needs, core CPD is via Agilio

• Access to industry-leading central Support Centre; this includes experienced Marketing, Compliance, IT and Patient Support teams
