You’ll join the Australia & New Zealand Securities Transaction Processing team, part of Securities Middle Office and Client Services. The team provides critical support to Equities Trading across Global Markets and Global Banking, working closely with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and offshore partners. UBS Operations underpins the Investment Bank, enabling the business to perform at its best while maintaining robust controls, meeting regulatory requirements, and delivering a premium client experience.

• Brings a strong risk mindset and confidence in designing and operating effective controls
Essential experience:
• Tertiary qualification (Finance or a related discipline preferred)
• Experience in trade support or middle office within an investment bank or buy side environment
• Solid understanding of middle and back-office trade flows, including bookings, confirmations, reconciliations, settlements, and corporate actions
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve booking model or system issues
• Clear and concise communication skills, particularly when articulating risk or issues
• Broad understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in Australia & New Zealand
• Ability to work effectively across local and offshore teams, building strong working relationships
Added advantage:
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI
• Exposure to product rollouts, process change, or automation initiatives *#LI-Hybrid
