Job Description

Location: New York City, NY

Credentials:

  • 25-year track record in Healthcare M&A and corporate finance advisory
  • One of the largest dedicated teams in the industry with 40+ Healthcare bankers across 6 locations; London, Paris, New York, Munich, Stockholm, Oslo and Amsterdam
  • Leading advisor for emerging growth medical technology and healthcare services companies
  • Leading investment bank for capital markets support and advisory of mid-sized pharma and biotech companies
  • Participation in the execution of a broad range of deal types including sell-side and buyside M&A, private placements, and recapitalization transactions
  • Performing financial valuations, analyzing financial and company information, and building financial models
  • Preparing marketing materials for pitches and live deals, including information memoranda and management presentations
  • Managing data rooms, working with due diligence providers, and assisting with due diligence
  • Performing industry, product, and competitor research
  • Attending meetings with clients and prospective clients with senior bankers
  • Direct interaction with investors and clients
  • Working with highly innovative and transformative growth companies
  • Frequent cross-border deals working together with our colleagues in international offices
  • Occasional domestic and international travel

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with the following skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic track record from a recognized college or university.
  • 2+ years experience in investment banking preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Proven Tier-1 modelling and Excel skills
  • Exceptional analytical and financial skills
  • Time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Engaging personality and people skills
  • Self-starter who is proactive and can work independently
  • Major in finance, accounting, economics, and mathematics preferred.
