Warehouse Associate, New Goods
Goodwill Columbus – Donated Goods Retail
Pay: $14–$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, New Goods, you help make sure new merchandise moves smoothly from delivery to our retail stores. You’ll play a key role in meeting daily and weekly goals for accuracy, speed, and quality.
You will:
• Receive and unpack new merchandise shipments
• Check items against packing slips to make sure counts and details are correct
• Inspect products for damage or defects and flag issues right away
• Label, stage, and organize merchandise using clear standards
• Use scanners, computers, and Excel logs to track inventory accurately
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and well organized
• Work closely with teammates and store partners to meet shared goals
This is a hands-on role where accuracy, focus, and follow-through matter.

Warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train motivated people who want to learn.
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
This role is active and based in a warehouse setting. You should be comfortable with:
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grasping throughout the day
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Lifting up to 40 pounds regularly
• Working around warehouse noise and moving equipment
