About the
role

The New Vehicle Sales Consultant is
responsible for driving new vehicle sales at Geely Epping by delivering an
exceptional customer experience and achieving individual and team sales
targets. Working closely with the Sales Management team, you will engage with
customers to understand their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and
guide them through the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.

This role is primarily based at the dealership
and involves welcoming customers to the showroom, conducting vehicle
demonstrations and test drives, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining
strong product knowledge across the Geely range.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Geely vehicles.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the Geely range, including features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally within a dealership environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently present and sell vehicles.
  • A current driver’s licence and professional presentation.
  • A proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today.
