About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth while delivering an outstanding purchasing experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers throughout their vehicle buying journey
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing and following up sales enquiries
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Working collaboratively with the Finance and Aftermarket teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated and results-driven approach
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
