About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while guiding guests through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with their vehicle selection and purchase decisions
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Following up sales enquiries and generating new business opportunities
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Working closely with the Business Manager and dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Representing the Geely brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, self-driven and positive attitude
• The ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent presentation and professionalism
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
