About the Role

As a New Car Sales Professional, you will:

• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Represent the BMW brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Build strong long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Guide guests through the latest BMW products, features, and technology.
• Manage sales opportunities and customer follow-up with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets within a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Who We’re Looking For

You may already be in automotive sales, or perhaps you come from retail, hospitality, fitness, real estate, luxury goods, or another customer-focused industry.
