About the Role

CUPRA Indooroopilly are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Cadet/New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.

Whether you’re experienced in automotive sales or looking to kick-start your career in the industry, this is an exciting opportunity to learn from a supportive team and build a rewarding career with a premium brand. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills and a genuine passion for customer service — full training and development will be provided.

You will guide customers through the full purchasing journey, delivering a unique and engaging experience aligned with the CUPRA brand, while achieving strong sales outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and needs
• Present and demonstrate CUPRA vehicle models, features, and performance technology
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow‑up
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive, premium retail, or customer‑facing environment highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and deliver a premium customer experience
• Interest in performance vehicles, innovation, and automotive design
• Self‑motivated with a professional and polished approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up capability
• Current driver’s licence
