Responsibilities

• Posting new car inventory into accounting
• Stock in vehicles in-transit
• Updating vehicle statuses and filing documentation pertaining to each unit
• Reconciling of new vehicle inventory schedules
• Posting daily new vehicle dealer trades into accounting and distributing payment when necessary
• Reconciling of dealer trade schedules
• Following up with dealers on all aged dealer trade debt and/or status of trade docs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
• Highly organized and eager to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
