We’re looking for a dynamic,highlyorganisedand solutions-focusedNewStore ProjectLeadtosupportthedelivery of our new store pipelineacross Australia and New Zealandon an 18-month contract.

Travel is an integral part of thisroleand you willbe requiredto perform your duties in field across Australia and New Zealand (as dictated by project locations and support requirements).

The Role You Could Play:

Reporting into the New Store Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of new store openings,closuresand pop-ups, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly, on time and to MECCA’shigh standards You will:

  • Lead the end-to-endnew storescritical path across all project phases, from planning through to post-opening

  • Partnerwith teams across the businessto drive alignment, communication and delivery against timelines and budgets

  • Provide on-site leadership for store set up, opening and post-openingsupport

  • Manage project tracking, reporting and documentation to ensure consistent execution

  • Identifyopportunities for continuous improvement across tools,processesand delivery

What You Will Bring:

You are someone who brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to project and operations work and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environmentIdeally, you will bring:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Experience delivering retail,operationsor project-based work (store openings highly regarded)

  • A hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and analytical capability

  • High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement
