About the Role

Reporting to the Chief of Service Delivery & Operations, you will lead high-volume recruitment across operational positions while helping shape workforce growth across the organisation. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

You Will:

  • Lead full recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Partner with operational leaders to meet workforce requirements.
  • Drive positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple vacancies and locations.
  • Create and optimise SEEK advertisements and sourcing campaigns.
  • Assess candidate suitability and conduct employment offers based on operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in high-volume environments.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability.
  • Experience building recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
  • Disability, community services, healthcare, or similar recruitment experience.
  • Experience using Employment Hero ATS, or similar systems
