New Retail Operations 新零售运营实习生吉隆坡校招实习运营类职位描述As a New Retail Operations Management Trainee, you will start by learning the fundamentals of retail operations and gradually take part in managing daily store activities.The company offers comprehensive training and development chances to help you quickly build core retail operation skills and grow into a competent retail operations leader.
· Learn and assist in daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service;
· Participate in sales data analysis and assist in managing store KPIs and performance targets;
· Support the Retail Manager in planning and executing promotional activities to drive store sales performance;
· Assist in conducting market research to understand local consumer trends and competition, and provide suggestions for store optimization;
· Help manage and motivate the store team, supporting performance management and employee development;
· Engage in customer service to address inquiries and complaints, aiming to improve overall customer satisfaction;职位要求· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related.
