We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique Pilates studio in Riyadh, set to open in April 2026.
This beautifully designed space will offer a calm, elegant, and wellness-focused environment, catering to clients seeking a premium, personalised Pilates experience.
The studio is looking for a skilled and client-focused Pilates Instructor to be part of their founding team.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions, ensuring a safe, effective, and welcoming experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver private and small group Pilates sessions (Reformer & Cadillac)
- Ensure correct technique, alignment, and safe practice at all times
- Guide clients through programmes focused on mobility, strength, control, and relaxation
- Create a calm, professional, and personalised client experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and support their fitness journey
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pilates Instructor
- Certified in Pilates (Reformer & Cadillac)
- Experience delivering private and small group sessions
- Strong understanding of assessment, alignment, and movement quality
- Conversational English or Arabic
- Open to international candidates

- Salary from SAR 12,000 (negotiable based on experience)
