We are seeking a detail-oriented New Product Support Specialist to support new product launches by managing SKU creation, BOM setup, and product costing within our NetSuite ERP system. This role works closely with engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure accurate product data, smooth system updates, and reliable cost analysis.

Primary Duties

  • Create and maintain SKUs, BOMs, assemblies, and item records in NetSuite
  • Build internal cost quotes and perform Make-vs-Buy cost and process comparisons
  • Maintain costing rates, product rollups, and system configuration updates
  • Process ECRs, BOM revisions, packaging changes, and other product updates
  • Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure accurate setup
  • Support cross-functional teams with product data, costing insights, and technical documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong background in costing, manufacturing analysis, or product data management
  • Hands-on production, technical, or mechanical understanding
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and follow structured change control processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a strong plus

Education / Experience

  • Two plus years’ experience preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,100.00 to $76,700.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
